Rule 6 Review of Rules for Management of the Oklahoma Court Information System

If you work for the state or a county, or you represent a public agency or affiliated organization connected to the Oklahoma Court Information System (OCIS), you can ask the Oklahoma Supreme Court to change these management rules. This means you can request that a rule be added, changed, or removed if you think it needs fixing.

To make this request, you need to put it in writing. Your letter or document must clearly say that you're asking for a change to the OCIS management rules. You also need to explain exactly what change you want and give clear reasons why the change should be made. Vague requests won't work; you have to be specific.

Once your request is ready, send the original plus two copies to the Administrative Director of the Courts. That office handles these requests and passes them along for review by the Supreme Court.
