Rule 1.7 Communication to be Addressed to Clerk of this Court

If you need to contact the court about a pending case or any other matter, you must send your letter or inquiry to the Clerk of the Court of Criminal Appeals. The rule gives two valid mailing addresses you can use, both located in Oklahoma City. You can send mail to the physical address at the Oklahoma Judicial Center or to the court's P.O. Box.

This means you should not send case-related letters or questions directly to a judge or another court office. The Clerk's office is the official point of contact for handling these communications.

If you want to check on the status of a case or see what has been filed, you don't need to write a letter at all. You can look up this information yourself online through the Oklahoma State Court's Network website, listed here as www.oscn.net.
