Rule 12.4 Communications to Be Addressed to Clerk

If you have a case that's been assigned to the Emergency Appellate Division, any letters, questions, or messages about that case need to go to one specific place: the Clerk of the Court of Criminal Appeals. You can't send communications directly to judges or other court staff.
