Rule 3.7 Contempt of Court, What Constitutes

When you file papers with this court, you have to keep the language respectful. You cannot write anything that shows disrespect or contempt toward the trial court or the Court of Criminal Appeals.

This also applies to how attorneys act and speak, both in writing and in person. If a lawyer says or writes something insulting or disrespectful about another lawyer, about the court, about a judge on this court, or about the trial court, that behavior counts as contempt.

In short, everyone involved in a case, especially attorneys, needs to keep their language professional. Insults, rude comments, or disrespectful conduct aimed at the court or at other lawyers can lead to contempt charges.
