Rule 14 Filing of Pleadings Without Cost - Copies - Mailing Copies of Pleadings or Orders to Members of Court

Filing papers with this court does not cost anything. Parties don't have to pay a fee to submit their pleadings.

When you file a pleading or an order with the Clerk, you need to bring 12 copies. Every copy has to be clear and easy to read. If the copies are hard to read, they may not be accepted.

Once the Clerk receives and files the pleading or order, the Clerk's job is to mail one copy to each member of the Court right away. This keeps every judge on the Court informed about what has been filed in the case without any delay.
