Rule 2 Time and Place and Methods of Holding Examinations

Appendix I - Rules of the State Board of Examiners of Certified Court Reporters

a. An examination for the qualification of candidates for certificates shall be conducted at least once a year at a specific time, location, and/or method selected by the Board.

b. Candidates who have been found to be eligible, pursuant to the statute(s) governing the practice of court reporting and these rules, to sit for examination, shall be notified in writing of the time, place, and/or methods of such examination not later than thirty (30) days prior to the examination date.
