§ 1013 Repealed by Laws 1992, c. 106, § 3, eff. Sept. 1, 1992.

This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from Oklahoma law in 1992, and the change took effect on September 1 of that year.

If you come across a reference to Rule 1013, it does not apply to any case today. Courts and lawyers would need to look at whatever current rules replaced it, since this one was taken off the books over 30 years ago.
