§ 111 Creation - Staff.

Every district attorney's office in Oklahoma must set up a program to handle bogus check cases, often called bad check cases. This is when someone writes a check without enough money in the bank to cover it.

The district attorney has to give this program enough staff and resources so it actually works well. The goal is to help victims get their money back (restitution) when someone writes them a bad check, instead of just letting these cases pile up or go unhandled.

This means if you're a victim of a bad check, there should be a specific team or process in your local district attorney's office set up to help you recover what you're owed. It also means the office can't just ignore these cases. State law requires them to have people and resources dedicated to solving them.
