§ 1291 Repealed by Laws 2010, c. 226, § 9, eff. Nov. 1, 2010.

This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from Oklahoma law in 2010, and the change took effect on November 1 of that year.

If you come across a reference to this rule in an older document or case, know that it does not apply anymore. Lawmakers repealed it, which means it was taken off the books completely. Any legal questions that used to be answered by this rule would now need to be answered by looking at current Oklahoma law instead.

If you are researching a legal issue and find this rule number, you will need to find out what law, if any, replaced it. A court clerk or legal aid office can help point you to the current rule that applies to your situation.
