§ 1345 Citation.

This rule simply gives an official name to a law: the "Interstate Agreement on Detainers Act." It does not create any new legal rights or duties on its own. Instead, it just tells you what to call this set of laws when you see it referenced elsewhere.

This kind of naming rule matters because it helps people find and talk about the law consistently. If you see the "Interstate Agreement on Detainers Act" mentioned in a court document or legal discussion, you'll know it refers to this specific section of Oklahoma law dealing with detainers between states.
