§ 1355.5 Repealed by Laws 1992, c. 303, § 31, eff. July 1, 1992.

This rule no longer exists. It was taken off the books by the Oklahoma Legislature in 1992, and the change took effect on July 1, 1992.

Because the rule was repealed, it has no legal effect today. If you're looking at older documents or cases that mention this rule, keep in mind it doesn't apply to anything happening now. Any questions about current criminal procedure in this area would need to be answered by looking at whatever rules replaced it, if any.
