§ 1414 Foreign corporations - Applicability of act.

If a foreign corporation (a company formed outside Oklahoma) does business in the state but does not file the required report or follow the rules under Section 1130 of Title 18, it can still be held accountable in Oklahoma. This means the state can bring legal action against that company under Oklahoma's Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, also known as the RICO Act.

In plain terms, a company cannot avoid Oklahoma's anti-racketeering laws just because it was formed in another state or country. If it operates in Oklahoma and skips its reporting duties, Oklahoma courts still have the power to handle any RICO-related case against it. This closes a loophole that might otherwise let out-of-state companies dodge responsibility for illegal organized activity by ignoring basic paperwork requirements.
