§ 1603 Collection of data relating to victim protective orders.

This rule deals with tracking victim protective orders across Oklahoma. If money is available for it, the Attorney General's Office must gather information each year on how many protective orders are issued in every county. They also have to track how many times these orders are violated in each county.

Once the Attorney General's Office collects this data, they have to share it with two groups: the Domestic Violence Fatality Review Board and the Administrative Office of the Courts. These groups use the information to spot patterns and understand how protective orders are working across the state.
