§ 471.10 Promulgation of rules.

Every agency involved in this process has to create their own written rules to follow this law. These rules need to cover whatever steps are necessary to make sure the agency is following the requirements laid out in this section of the law.

Each one must write specific procedures that fit their own operations, so their staff knows exactly how to carry out what the law requires.
