This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from Oklahoma law in 1999, and the change took effect on July 1, 1999.

Because the rule was repealed, it has no legal effect today. If you're looking at older documents or cases that mention this rule, keep in mind it was in place before July 1999 but does not apply to anything happening after that date. If you need to know what the rule used to say, you would have to look at older versions of the Oklahoma statutes from before the repeal.
