§ 991f-1.0 Restitution and Diversion Program - Short title.

This rule simply gives a name to a set of laws. It says that this section, along with Section 22, should be called the "Restitution and Diversion Program."

This name is used so courts, lawyers, and other officials can easily refer to these laws when they come up in a case. It doesn't create any new rights or requirements by itself. Instead, it just sets up the title for the program that the other related laws describe in detail.
