Rule 9 Stricken

This rule used to exist but has been removed. The Oklahoma Supreme Court struck it from the books back in 2013, and it stopped applying on April 23 of that year.

If you're looking at older documents or cases that mention Rule 9, keep in mind it no longer has any legal effect. Courts and lawyers today would not rely on it. If you need to know what it used to say, you would have to look up older versions of the rules from before 2013.

Since there's no current content tied to this rule number, anyone dealing with a case today should check the current District Court Rules for whatever topic they're researching, since that subject may now be covered under a different rule number.
