RULE 1.125 MANNER OF APPEALING

If you disagree with a decision made by the Oklahoma Tax Commission, you have the right to appeal it to the Oklahoma Supreme Court. To do this properly, you need to follow the specific steps laid out in state law, found in Section 225(a) and (b) of Title 68 of Oklahoma Statutes.
