RULE 1.253 COURT-APPROVED FORMS: APPELLATE SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE PROGRAM

If you're taking part in the Appellate Settlement Conference Program, you need to use specific forms that the court has already approved. These forms are not something you create yourself. You can find them in Part IX of the Rules, in the section called the Appendix of Forms.
