Rule 3 FORMS UNDER OLD RULES

If you filed a form or document that followed the court's rules at the time you filed it, that document still counts. You don't have to redo paperwork just because the rules changed later. The court will treat your filing as valid based on the rules that were in place when you sent it in.

Going forward, though, everything you submit to the Workers' Compensation Court needs to be on standard letter size paper, 8 1/2 by 11 inches. This keeps all filings consistent so the court can handle them the same way, regardless of when they were filed or under which version of the rules.
