Rule 65 ORDERS SUPPLEMENTING RULES

The Presiding Judge of the Workers' Compensation Court can issue orders that add more detail to the existing court rules. These orders help manage the day-to-day business of the court. However, the Presiding Judge cannot do this alone. Most of the other judges on the court must first agree to give this authority.

Any orders the Presiding Judge creates must fit within the existing rules. They cannot contradict or replace the current rules, but instead work alongside them to keep the court running smoothly.
