Rule 8A RENUMBERED AS RULE 31

This section doesn't contain an actual rule anymore. The content that used to be here was moved to a different spot in the rule book. If you're looking for this information, check Rule 31 instead, since that's where you'll now find it.

This kind of change happens sometimes when courts reorganize their rule books to make them easier to follow. The rule itself didn't disappear or get canceled. It just got a new number and a new location. The original rule was put in place back in 2000, and then the renumbering happened in 2006.

If you were given a reference to Rule 8A from an older document or source, don't worry that the rule is gone. Just look up Rule 31 to find the current version of what you need.
