Rule 4.67 Local Government and CRGC Documents

If you're bringing a case that relies on local government documents, like city ordinances or plans, or documents from the Columbia River Gorge Commission (CRGC), like management plans, you need to include copies of the specific parts you're relying on. Where you put these copies depends on whether they were already part of the official case record.

If the document was already part of the record, put the relevant pages in your excerpt of record. If it wasn't part of the record, attach it as an appendix to your opening brief instead. Either way, you only need to include the specific provisions that actually support your arguments, not the entire document.
