§ 131.420 [Amended by 1961 c.442 §1; repealed by 1973 c.836 §358]

This rule no longer exists. It was part of Oregon's criminal law at one point, but lawmakers removed it from the books back in 1973. Before it was taken out, it had been changed once in 1961.
