§ 133.037 [1971 c.743 §289; 1973 c.836 §33; renumbered 131.655]

This entry doesn't contain an actual rule to summarize. It just shows a history of legislative changes, listing when the law was passed and amended over the years (1971, 1973), and notes that it was later renumbered to 131.655.

If you want a plain English summary, you'll need to look up the current rule under its new number, ORS 131.655. That version will have the actual legal text explaining what the rule requires or allows. Let me know if you can share that text, and I can break it down for you.
