§ 133.230 [Repealed by 1971 c.743 §432]

This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from Oregon law back in 1971, when the state legislature repealed it as part of a broader update to criminal procedure laws.

Because the rule has been repealed, it has no legal effect today. If you're looking at older documents or cases that reference Rule 133.230, keep in mind that any rights, procedures, or requirements it once described are no longer in force. You would need to look at current Oregon law to find out how the situation it once covered is handled now.

If you're trying to understand a specific legal issue that this old rule used to address, it's a good idea to check what replaced it or search for the current rule covering that same topic.
