§ 133.370 [Repealed by 1971 c.743 §432]

This rule no longer exists. It was officially repealed in 1971 when Oregon lawmakers passed changes to the state's criminal procedure laws (through House Bill 743, section 432).

Because the rule was removed, it has no legal effect today. If you see this rule number referenced in an older document or case, know that it doesn't apply to current cases. Any rules that once covered this topic have likely been replaced by other sections of Oregon law, so you'll want to check current statutes if you're looking for rules on this subject.
