§ 133.530 [Repealed by 1965 c.508 §8]

This rule no longer exists. Oregon lawmakers repealed it back in 1965, meaning it was officially removed from the law books and has no legal effect today.

If you're looking at older documents or case law that reference this rule, keep in mind it hasn't applied for decades. Any legal issue that this rule used to cover would now be handled under different, more current laws. If you're trying to research a specific criminal procedure topic, it's best to look at the current version of Oregon's criminal code rather than relying on this repealed section.
