§ 133.585 [1973 c.836 §87; repealed by 1997 c.313 §37]

This rule no longer exists. It was originally created in 1973 as part of Oregon's criminal procedure laws, but the state legislature repealed it in 1997.

Because the rule was removed from the law books over 25 years ago, it has no effect on any criminal case today. If you're looking at older legal documents or case files that reference this rule, keep in mind it was in effect only between 1973 and 1997. Any current legal questions should be answered by looking at the laws that replaced it, not this repealed section.
