§ 133.683 [1973 c.836 §117; repealed by 1997 c.313 §37]

This rule no longer exists. It was passed in 1973 as part of Oregon's criminal procedure laws, but the state legislature repealed it in 1997.

Because the rule has been repealed, it has no legal effect today. If you're looking at older legal documents or case files that reference Rule 133.683, know that it was in effect between 1973 and 1997, but any current case would not be governed by it. You would need to look at the current version of Oregon's criminal procedure rules to find out what law applies now to whatever situation this rule used to cover.

If you're researching a case or trying to understand your rights, it's best to check with a lawyer or look up the current statutes to see what replaced this rule, if anything.
