§ 133.730 [Renumbered 135.135]

This rule number is no longer in use. Oregon moved its contents to a new section, ORS 135.135, as part of a reorganization of the state's criminal procedure laws.

If you're looking for the actual text of this rule, you'll need to check ORS 135.135 instead. The change in number doesn't necessarily mean the content changed, but you should always read the current version to see what it says now.

If you're researching an older case or document that cites Rule 133.730, keep in mind it may be referring to what is now found under the new number. Checking both can help you understand how the law has been organized over time.
