§ 133.840 [Amended by 1973 c.836 §144; renumbered 135.205]

This rule number no longer has any content tied to it. In 1973, lawmakers changed the law and moved what used to be here to a new location: Rule 135.205. So if you're looking for the actual legal text, you need to check Rule 135.205 instead.

This kind of renumbering happens sometimes when Oregon reorganizes its laws to keep related rules grouped together. It doesn't mean the underlying law disappeared, it just means it now lives under a different number. If you see a reference to Rule 133.840 in an older document, know that the current rule you want is 135.205.
