§ 136.615 [Formerly 139.180; repealed by 1995 c.657 §18]

This rule no longer exists. It used to be part of Oregon's criminal law, but the state legislature removed it back in 1995. Its content was folded into a different law or eliminated entirely as part of a broader update to the criminal code.

If you're looking at older documents or cases that reference this rule number, keep in mind it won't apply to current cases. You'll need to find the current rule that covers the same topic, since the numbering and content have changed since 1995. A court clerk or legal aid office can help you track down what rule replaced this one if you need that information for an active case.
