§ 136.820 [Renumbered 136.505]

This rule number is no longer in use. The content that used to be here has been moved to a different section of the law, numbered 136.505.

If you're looking for the actual rule, you'll need to check ORS 136.505 instead. Lawmakers sometimes reorganize legal codes and move rules to new locations, but the number "136.820" was kept as a placeholder so people know where the content went. Nothing about the underlying law necessarily changed, it just lives at a new address now.

If you need to know what this rule actually says, look up ORS 136.505 for the current text.
