§ 144.080 [Amended by 1955 c.688 §4; repealed by 1969 c.597 §281]

This rule no longer exists. It was changed in 1955 and then completely removed from the law in 1969.

Because it was repealed, this rule has no effect on criminal cases today. If you're looking at older case files or historical records that mention this rule, keep in mind it hasn't been valid law for decades. Any current questions about Oregon criminal procedure would need to look at the laws that replaced it.

If you're researching a case that references this old rule number, you'll want to check what current statute covers the same topic, since the subject matter was likely moved to a different section of the law when this one was repealed.
