§ 144.346 Parole revocation sanctions; rules

This rule gives the State Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision the job of creating specific rules about what happens when someone breaks the terms of their parole. If a person violates parole on or after November 1, 1989, the board must follow set guidelines to decide the punishment, called a "sanction."
