§ 144.510 [Amended by 1961 c.656 §1; renumbered 144.560]

This section of Oregon law is no longer active. It was changed back in 1961 and given a new number, 144.560. That means the actual rule now lives under a different section of the law.

If you're trying to find current information on this topic, you'll need to look up ORS 144.560 instead. Laws get renumbered sometimes as legislators reorganize the code or update how rules are grouped together, but the renumbering itself doesn't tell you what the rule says. Check the current version under its new number to see what it actually covers today.
