§ 144.560 [Formerly 144.510; repealed by 1969 c.597 §281]

This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from Oregon law in 1969, so it has no current legal effect.

If you're looking at older documents or cases that reference this rule, keep in mind that it was replaced or eliminated as part of a broader update to Oregon's criminal procedure laws. Any rights, procedures, or requirements that used to be covered under this section are either handled by different rules now or are no longer part of the law at all.

If you need to know what rule replaced this one, or what the current law says about this topic, you'll want to look at the updated Oregon Revised Statutes or ask someone familiar with the current criminal procedure code.
