§ 146.070 [1959 c.629 §4; 1969 c.314 §8; repealed by 1973 c.408 §35]

This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from the law books back in 1973.

Before it was repealed, the rule had been changed a couple of times, first in 1959 and again in 1969. But lawmakers eventually decided to get rid of it completely. You'll sometimes see old rule numbers like this listed in legal records just to show the history of how the law changed over time, even though the rule itself doesn't apply anymore.

If you're looking at this rule because you think it applies to a current case, it doesn't. You'll need to look at whatever current law replaced it, since this section has been gone for over 50 years.
