§ 146.540 [1959 c.629 §23; repealed by 1973 c.408 §35]

This rule no longer exists. It was created in 1959 but got repealed (canceled) in 1973 when Oregon lawmakers updated the state's criminal law system.

You won't find any active legal requirements under this rule number today. If you're looking at older documents or cases that mention Rule 146.540, keep in mind it stopped applying back in 1973. Any current rules on this topic would be found elsewhere in Oregon's criminal procedure laws, under a different section number.

If you're trying to research a specific legal issue, it's a good idea to check the current version of Oregon's criminal statutes rather than relying on this repealed section.
