§ 147.140 [Renumbered 133.805]

This rule doesn't have any content on its own. The number 147.140 was moved and now appears under a different section, 133.805, in Oregon's law books.

If you're looking for the actual rule about this topic, you'll need to check ORS 133.805 instead. Lawmakers sometimes reorganize laws and give them new numbers, but the change in number doesn't mean the rule itself changed. The content simply lives in a new spot now.

If you have a case or document that references 147.140, double check that it's still accurate, since older paperwork might point to the old number instead of the current one.
