§ 151.020 [1971 c.432 §2; repealed by 1985 c.502 §13]

This rule no longer exists. It was created in 1971, but Oregon lawmakers removed it from the books in 1985. Because it was repealed, it has no legal effect today and does not apply to any current criminal case.

If you're looking at old documents or case files that mention this rule, keep in mind it may have been relevant only for cases from the 1970s or early 1980s, before the repeal took effect. For anything happening now, you would need to look at whatever rule or law replaced it after 1985. If you're dealing with a current legal matter, check with a lawyer or look at the current version of Oregon's criminal procedure laws to find the rule that actually applies today.
