§ 151.050 [1971 c.432 §5; repealed by 1985 c.502 §13]

This rule no longer exists. It was passed in 1971 but was later repealed in 1985, meaning lawmakers removed it from the books entirely.

Since the rule was taken out of Oregon law decades ago, it has no effect on any current criminal case. If you're looking at this number in older legal documents or case files, know that it refers to a law that hasn't been valid since 1985. You would need to look at current Oregon criminal procedure rules to find out what law, if any, replaced it or covers the same topic today.
