§ 151.090 [1971 c.432 §9; repealed by 1985 c.502 §13]

This rule no longer exists. It was created in 1971 but was later repealed in 1985, meaning lawmakers removed it from Oregon's criminal procedure laws.

Because the rule was repealed decades ago, it has no legal effect today. If you're looking at older documents or case law that reference this rule, keep in mind it was replaced or eliminated by the 1985 legislation. You'll need to look at current Oregon criminal procedure statutes to find the rules that actually apply now.

If you're researching a specific legal issue and came across this repealed rule, it's a good idea to check what replaced it, since the 1985 changes likely reorganized or updated whatever this section originally covered.
