§ 151.420 [1985 c.502 §3; repealed by 1987 c.803 §27]

This rule no longer exists. It was created in 1985, but Oregon lawmakers repealed it in 1987. That means the rule was officially removed from the law books just two years after it was written.

When a law is repealed like this, it has no legal effect today. If you come across a reference to Rule 151.420, you can ignore it for any current legal matter. Courts and lawyers would not apply this rule in a case now, since it was taken off the books decades ago.

If you're researching an old case from the mid-1980s, this rule might show up in historical records. But for anything happening today, this rule simply doesn't apply anymore.
