§ 153.128 [1999 c.1051 §36; repealed by 2011 c.597 §5]

This rule no longer applies. It was repealed in 2011, meaning lawmakers removed it from Oregon law entirely. The rule existed for a period starting in 1999, but it was later taken off the books through a separate law passed in 2011.

If you're looking at older case files or documents that reference this rule, keep in mind it no longer has any legal effect today. Any question about what it used to say, or what replaced it, would need to be answered by looking at the current version of Oregon's criminal procedure laws or by asking someone familiar with the change made in 2011.
