§ 153.142 [1999 c.1051 §34; repealed by 2011 c.597 §5]

This rule no longer exists. Oregon lawmakers created it in 1999, then removed it from the law in 2011.

Because it was repealed, this rule has no effect on any criminal case today. If you're researching Oregon criminal procedure, you can skip this one and look for current, active rules instead. Repealed rules like this sometimes stay listed in legal databases just to show the history of the law, but they don't apply to anyone's case now.
