§ 153.190 [1981 c.692 §20; 1985 c.272 §1; 1991 c.824 §3; 1995 c.292 §3; repealed by 1999 c.1051 §32]

This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from Oregon law in 1999, so it has no legal effect today.

Before it was repealed, the rule had been changed several times over the years, in 1981, 1985, 1991, and 1995. Each of those changes updated or adjusted the original law in some way. But in 1999, Oregon lawmakers decided to get rid of the rule entirely.

If you're looking at older legal documents or case files that mention this rule, keep in mind it may have applied at the time but does not apply now. If you need to know what current law says about this topic, you'll need to look at whatever rule or statute replaced it, since this one is no longer on the books.
