§ 153.345 [Formerly 488.240; repealed by 1999 c.1051 §32]

This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from Oregon law in 1999, so it has no legal effect today.

Before it was repealed, this rule was numbered 488.240 and dealt with a specific part of Oregon's criminal procedure. Lawmakers decided to eliminate it as part of a larger update to the state's laws that year.

If you're looking at older documents or court records that reference this rule, keep in mind it no longer applies. Any current questions about criminal procedure in Oregon should be checked against the laws that replaced it or the current version of Title 14.
