§ 153.405 [1981 c.626 §12; repealed by 1999 c.1051 §32]

This rule no longer applies. Oregon lawmakers passed it in 1981, but they removed it from the books in 1999. Because it was repealed, it has no legal effect today and doesn't govern anything happening in a current criminal case.

If you're looking at old case files or older legal documents that reference this rule, keep in mind it was in effect only between 1981 and 1999. For anything happening now, you'll need to look at whatever rule or law replaced it, since Oregon's legislature typically passes new rules to cover the same ground when they repeal old ones.

If you're trying to understand a current legal issue, it's best to check the present-day Oregon Revised Statutes or ask someone familiar with current Oregon criminal procedure, since this specific rule number won't help you.
